August 2015 - SK Ron Klamert
The Knight of the Month for August is SK Ron Klamert for his many acts of volunteerism including the most recently the Akron Art’s Expo at Hardesty Park.
September 2015 - Dan Johnson
The Knight of the Month for September is Dan Johnson. Dan's ability to bring in sponsors for major events is unmatched. Recently securing the the largest sponsorship to date for the upcoming Golf Outing and 5th Annual 5K Race Around the Park.
October 2015 - Arlin Greber
The Knight of the Month for October is Advocate Arlin Greber. Since joining the Knights recently he can be counted on to fill whatever volunteer spot needs help.
November 2015 - Tony Burgoyne
The Knight of the Month for November is Tony Burgoyne. The council would not be the same without his organizational skills to make the 5th Annual 5K Race Around the Park the most successful event to date.
January 2016 - Matt Beaven
The Knight of the Month for January is Matt Beaven. Matt now has several year of successful Free-throw Contests under his belt and continues to be a critical volunteer.
February 2016 - Bernard Smith (PGK)
The Knight of the Month for February is Bernard Smith (PGK). Bernard has headed the team to collect for the annual Catholic Charities Fund Drive for many years. As well as regular volunteerism at council events.
March 2016 - Bert Brownfield
The March 2016 Knight of the Month is Bert Brownfield. Bert is dedicated to church ministry, the Men’s Breakfast and co-chairing the overwhelmingly successful annual Golf Outing.
April 2016 - Ralph Witt
The April 2016 Knight of the Month is Ralph Witt (posthumously). Ralph became a Knight in 1948 after serving in WWII. He was a charter member of our council. He was known for he’s volunteerism, church usher and St. Sebastian School lunch helper.
May 2016 - Ted Varga
The May 2016 Knight of the Month is Ted Varga. Ted has been chairing nearly all the Pro-Life activities in the Council from the beginning and he has faithfully served as a Trustee for many years.
June 2016 - Trevor Bills
The Knight of the Month for June 2016 is Trevor Bills (PGK). Trevor had guided the St. Sebastian council for several years as Grand Knight and he has been a driving force behind the Golf Outing, Flower display at the Mull/Hawkins Ave. Circle and numerous other programs. His service to council is greatly appreciated.
